ABOUT THE POSITION
As Independent Contractors, our Account Managers perform the day-to-day work on a variety client accounts (this is not a sales position). You will help executives and companies build valuable connections, generate leads and increase sales using our proven methods and process for LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and social selling techniques, while pulling in your creativity for content marketing and designing new strategies specific for each client. The position reports to the Director of Customer Success.
LinkedIn Marketing Strategy – Optimization of client profile to convert views in to connections. Research the current best practices in digital and social marketing as they relate to LinkedIn to implement within your clients’ campaigns. Staying informed of changes within the LinkedIn platform to make effective use of all features available.
Campaign Workflow/Activity – Manage client LinkedIn profiles, research clients’ industries, build clients’ network, moderate LinkedIn inbox, craft tailored messaging scripts and send direct messaging campaigns using LinkedIn.
Data Management – Variety of LinkedIn metrics tracked including: connections, leads, groups, SSI, types of messages sent. Review data for messaging campaigns and monitor for changes needed, produce accurate internal reports of client progress.
Monthly team meeting from 9:00 am – 10:00 am CST via Zoom first Monday of month.
Flexible within typical workday hours (8 am – 5 pm).
Number of hours dependent on how many accounts you manage.
Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. where there is secure and reliable internet service.
Monthly retainers paid per account managed.
Ability to grow your account portfolio to sustain a part-time or full-time position.

You’ll go above and beyond to meet your client’s needs & serve as a coach to your clients on how to best optimize their campaigns. The ideal candidate is both results oriented, thriving in an environment where the bar is set high and goals are achieved, as well as strategic, with a desire to devise new and creative solutions to implement on marketing campaigns.
Successful Campaign Managers are organized, able to take information from multiple sources and succinctly distill it. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for analyzing data to review and check details to ensure that each campaign is optimized. Strong verbal and written communications are a must, both for clearly articulating your goals to the client, as well as building trust and rapport and for writing successful copy for direct marketing campaigns. Self-management is key, knowing how to prioritize time and activities to get the most impact from the activities performed as well as follow through.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) and social selling techniques.
Excellent computer skills – Internet applications (Google docs, Feedly, Asana, Zoom, Buffer), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar), database management, etc.
Excellent customer service skills, responsive, communicative.
Strong written communication skills.
Social Media and Customer service experience required.
